How do I connect Zoom to my account?
Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Integrations. Click "Connect Zoom" and authorize Rendevu to create meetings on your behalf. Once connected, video meeting links will automatically be added to confirmed bookings.
How do clients book with me?
Share your custom booking link (rendevu.ca/rdv/your-username
) on your website, social media, or email signature. Clients can book 24/7 without back-and-forth emails.
Can I customize my availability?
Yes! In your Dashboard, go to Settings → Availability. You can set recurring weekly hours, block off specific dates, and adjust your timezone. Changes apply to all future bookings immediately.
What payment methods do you support?
We use Stripe for secure payments. Clients can pay with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You'll receive payouts directly to your bank account.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
From your Dashboard, find the booking and click "Cancel" or "Reschedule". Both you and your client will receive email notifications. You can set cancellation policies in your settings.
