Frequently Asked Questions

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes! Core booking features (unlimited bookings, calendar sync, notifications) remain free indefinitely. We make money from premium features and payment processing, not by trapping you in a trial.

What happens if I don't upgrade?

Nothing! You can use the free plan as long as you want. Your booking page stays active, clients can book 24/7, and you keep full access to core features. Upgrade only when you need advanced features like Zoom integration or payment processing.

Can I cancel my premium subscription anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you downgrade to free, you keep all your data and booking history. Premium features simply become unavailable until you upgrade again.

How do payment processing fees work?

We use Stripe for secure payments. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. We're still finalizing our platform fee structure - we want to keep it fair and sustainable for both solo practitioners and growing practices. Details coming soon.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

Only if you use our payment processing feature. If you handle payments outside of Rendevu (cash, e-transfer, your own payment system), we don't charge anything beyond the optional premium subscription.

What if I need features before they're released?

Contact us! We're actively building based on user feedback. If you need a specific feature (custom integrations, white-label options, team features), we'd love to hear from you and potentially prioritize it.

Why is Premium pricing 'TBD'?

Honest answer: We're still figuring out the right balance. We want pricing that's sustainable for us but fair for you. We're testing different models with beta users before committing. Early adopters will get locked-in rates.

Can I embed Rendevu on my website?

Yes! Copy your embed code from the Share tab in your dashboard and paste it anywhere on your website. Works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom HTML sites, and more. Clients can book directly on your site without leaving the page.
