How It Works

1. Sign Up & Set Your Availability (3 minutes)
Create your free account, set your weekly schedule, and customize your session types (discovery calls, coaching sessions, strategy sessions, etc.). Set durations (30min, 60min, 90min) for each session type.
2. Optional: Set Pricing & Connect Stripe (5 minutes)
Want to accept payments? Set your hourly rate and connect Stripe. Clients can pay when they book. You can also skip this and handle payments outside of Rendevu—many coaches do both.

Yes! Rendevu is designed for all coaching niches—life coaches, business coaches, fitness trainers, sports coaches, and more. You can customize your session types (discovery calls, coaching sessions, strategy sessions) with different durations and pricing for each.

Do I need to accept payments through Rendevu?

No! Many coaches use Rendevu just for scheduling and handle payments separately (invoicing, e-transfer, PayPal, etc.). If you want to accept payments through Rendevu, you can connect Stripe and set your hourly rate. It's completely optional.

How do I reduce no-shows and cancellations?

Rendevu sends automatic email reminders to clients before their session. These reminders include session details and a calendar invite (.ics file) that syncs with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. You can also set your cancellation policy to communicate expectations.

Can I collect client information before our first session?

Currently, clients provide their name and email when booking. You can communicate directly via email before the first session to gather goals, challenges, and background information. We're working on adding custom intake forms to the booking flow.

Can I use Rendevu for online/virtual coaching sessions?

Yes! You can connect your video conferencing account (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to automatically create meeting links when you confirm bookings. The links are included in confirmation emails. Or manually add meeting links to your session details if you prefer.

Is my client data secure and private?

Absolutely. All client data is encrypted and stored securely. We're GDPR and privacy-law compliant. Only you can access your client information. We never share or sell data to third parties. Your clients' information is treated with the same confidentiality as in-person coaching sessions.

How long does setup take?

Most coaches are accepting bookings within 10 minutes. Sign up, set your availability, create session types, and share your link. No training videos or complicated tutorials needed.
