Customize service names, durations, and pricing for each offering.

Do I need to accept payments through Rendevu?

No! Many beauty professionals use Rendevu just for scheduling and accept payments in-person, via e-transfer, or through Square/other POS systems. If you want to accept online payments through Rendevu, you can connect Stripe and set your hourly rate. It's completely optional.

How do I reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations that cost me money?

Currently, clients provide their name and email when booking. You can communicate directly via email or text before appointments to gather allergy information, color history, and service preferences. We're working on adding custom intake forms to the booking flow.
